Our services
Prenatal
A private prenatal session takes lactation and infant feeding to a more personal level than what is typically achieved in a hospital-based class. This one-hour, office or virtual session includes a discussion of your personal medical and prenatal history, as well as any previous
lactation experience.
Together, we will address any concerns you may have and develop a plan to ensure your breastfeeding journey starts in the right direction. This consultation is ideal for both first-time mothers and experienced mothers seeking a different feeding experience. A written plan will be provided to you after the session.
Face to Face $125 | Virtual $100
Follow-Up Visit
This is a 60-90 minute session. You can expect us to review goals and recommendations from the previous consultation. The consultation includes latch assessment and pre- and post-feed weights to assess milk transfer, addressing any additional concerns. You will receive a write-up of recommendations, and a full report will be sent to the Pediatrician.
$175
Initial Postpartum
This is a 90-minute consultation including medical and birth history, previous lactation experience, oral assessment, breast assessment, and assessment of a full feeding, regardless of feeding method (direct feeding, pumping, bottle feeding). All babies will be weighed at the start of the session, and if directly latching, post-feed weights will be assessed
milk transfer.
Together, we will create a functional and realistic feeding plan. You will receive a write-up of the recommendations, and a full report will be sent to the Pediatrician. This consultation is great for any mama! Struggling to latch? Painful or sore nipples? Concerned about the baby’s weight or milk supply? Just want some reassurance?
$225 ($175 if you book a prenatal appointment)
Pumping Consultation & Flange Fitting.
This is a 60-minute session where we will spend the time reviewing
your breast pump and ensuring you are using the correct flanges
and pump settings.
Face to Face 125 | Virtual $100
Feeding and Swallowing Evaluation
This is a 60-90 minute session, reviewing your pre- and postnatal history, baby’s medical and feeding history. The evaluation will include an oral assessment and a bottle-feeding assessment. Together, we will create a functional and realistic feeding plan. You will receive a write-up of the recommendations, and a full report will be sent to the Pediatrician. This evaluation is best for any baby struggling to accept the bottle, reduced efficiency on the bottle, signs of aspiration, or using alternative means of nutrition/hydration (e.g., NG or Gtube).
Initial evaluation: $225
Follow-up appointment: $175
I don’t know what we would’ve done without Stephanie’s help! Our daughter was refusing bottles, which is something I didn’t even know could happen. This refusal was more than just her dislike of a certain bottle type. While that played a part, there were more key factors involved. While working with Stephanie. We developed a plan including oral exercises and a slow introduction to the bottle. Stephanie always helped with any questions and was a rock-solid support during this stressful time. She is knowledgeable and absolutely wonderful. I would recommend her in a heartbeat! Our daughter is now able to take a full feed in a bottle and is not solely reliant upon me. A huge weight has been lifted off our shoulders because of Stephanie!"
